Quality Management Lead - Data Centres
About this position
Responsibilities
• Holds the relevant stakeholders accountable for requirements per the contractor’s QA/QC Plan
• Participates actively in all Quality meetings. Participates in other project level coordination meetings as required.
• Review of documentation including project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals), vendor/subcontractor QC plans and method statements, completed QC documentation.
• Monitor the FWT/FAT process and ensure FWTs are attended by necessary parties, and the necessary documentation is submitted for FATs. Participate in FWTs if necessary and as directed by DCS.
• Ensure project Quality and Commissioning issues are being reported in the project’s designated platform (BIM360 Field 2.0). Ensure issues are being resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Escalate unresolved issues to DCS as necessary.
• Work towards our goal of “drama-free” FRs and no slips due to Quality or Commissioning.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Quality Manager in other major projects or critical environments
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Information / Business Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or similar field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in QA/QC of similar large project environments including Construction Projects
• Working knowledge and familiarity with Autocad, BIM360, Procore, Aconex and other Construction Project Management Tools and Platforms
• Ability to multitask, work in diverse teams, work to deadlines and set clear expectations with teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and reporting writing skills, simplifying complex information into understandable concepts.
• Business fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai
