About this position

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a seamless, efficient, and innovative living and working environment for our residents and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate technology solutions across the entire development
• Coordinate with construction teams, technology vendors, and operational staff to ensure seamless integration of smart systems
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent technology implementations
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, change management plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for both constructed and planned areas
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of implemented technologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for smart city technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience in technology implementation, preferably in real estate or smart city projects
• Strong understanding of IoT, building automation systems, data analytics, and smart city technologies
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technology projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Knowledge of green building technologies and sustainability practices
• Experience with mixed-use developments and their unique technological requirements
• Familiarity with urban planning concepts and smart city initiatives
