About this position

The Professional, HRBP/Advisory role involves partnering with the business and HR teams, supporting Work Dynamics - IFM Business and Country HRBP, collaborating with different stakeholders, and advocating JLL's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the HR team and relevant business units to support projects across Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Business Planning.
• Supporting annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates, and encouraging participation.
• Providing support in the execution of the overall people strategy, including advice on performance issues, HR analytics, and supporting the requisition process.
• Being the point of contact for queries from management and employees within the IFM business.
• Coordinating with Talent Acquisition team in Manpower Planning and Movement.
• Coordinating with L&D team to develop trainings for IFM employees.
• Driving employee engagement, succession plans, and developing internal talent.
• Supporting managers and employees in completing Performance Management.
• Coaching managers through disciplinary or performance issues with employees.
• Strategizing and setting goals with IFM Department Heads on recruitment, retention, L&D, Talent management, succession plans, and exit interviews.
• Assisting in the creation and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback, and other data to improve operational excellence within the HR team and processes.
• Developing a good understanding of the business strategy, P&L, key initiatives, and leadership priorities.
• Advocating best practices and supporting development and execution of strategy, policy, practice, and business initiatives.
• Supporting growth strategy, including M&A, by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring.
• Championing JLL culture and values in all interactions.
• Integrating a mindset around diversity and inclusion in all activities.
• Coaching others to optimize the firm's values.
• Balancing business needs, company requirements, and protecting the interests of the organization while advocating for JLL's culture and values.

Requirements

• Experience in partnering with different stakeholders to support HR projects.
• Knowledge of Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Business Planning.
• Ability to educate managers and employees on performance management processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of HR analytics and support in people strategy execution.
• Familiarity with requisition process and HR legal aspects.
• Coaching skills to assist managers through disciplinary or performance issues.
• Strategic thinking and goal-setting abilities.
• Experience in creating and delivering analytics, trends, and feedback.
• Understanding of business strategy, P&L, key initiatives, and leadership priorities.
• Advocacy for best practices and support in strategy, policy, practice, and business initiatives.
