About this position

JLL is looking for an Industrial Account Manager to lead and develop our current portfolio of clients, ranging from large manufacturing sites to warehouses and storage areas. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams while managing the P&L for all Industrial sites managed by JLL.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with in the facility management team for overseeing the day-to-day facility operations and mechanical and electrical systems along with Soft Services.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators that align with client goals and performance objectives for the account.
• Ensure collaboration with the Client to achieve successful budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in line with terms of the MSA Contributes to the Growth of the Company.
• Deliver on all financial planning routines.
• Manages to account budget (P&L), understands and reports on variances for all service lines and proactively identifying opportunities and strategies to meet or exceed planned revenue or reduce expenses.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 8 years experiences in facility management/maintenance management.
• Solid skill in M&E maintenance facility (preventive & corrective), Environment Health and Safety, Project management (Develop/improvement/expansion).
• Good command of English skill.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• People management.
• Problem solving skills and Analytical skills.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with others.
• Travel in the Bangkok region and Eastern Seaboard area will be required on a weekly basis.
