About this position
Responsibilities
The Document Controls Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Collaborate with the project management team to handle project schedules, document management, and project delivery.
• Create and maintain the Document Management System according to Microsoft specifications.
• Organize, sort, and file documents appropriately, ensuring proper archiving.
• Conduct quality checks on documents following document control procedures.
• Back up electronic registers to ensure secure storage and archiving.
• Ensure all documentation is accessible for auditing within a centralized archive.
• Manage technical documents, including drawings and blueprints.
• Keep personnel informed about new document versions and maintain authorized access.
• Handle records across departments while maintaining confidentiality for sensitive documents.
• Take meeting minutes and log relevant information.
• Facilitate effective relationships with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, and engineers.
• Maintain daily logs and track submittals, Requests For Information (RFIs), and change orders.

Requirements
To apply you need:
• Business fluency in both written and speaking English and Thai.
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller Manager in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Information / Business Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in document or records management on Construction Projects.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with Autocad, BIM360, Procore, Aconex and other Construction Project Management Tools and Platforms.
• Ability to multitask, work in diverse teams, work to deadlines and set clear expectations with teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and reporting writing skills, simplifying complex information into understandable concepts.
