Design Project Manager (Data Centre Developments) - Thailand
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide advice, consultant, and be the authorized representative through all phases of design and construction-related aspects of data centre projects.
• Work with client’s stakeholder groups and third party consultants, design consultants, construction management firms, and construction contractors to administer the design on behalf of our client.
• Coordinate, clarify, and track design packages with Client and Client's third-party contractors.
• Manage and coordinate design efforts for domestic and international projects.
• Manage escalation of design issues to resolution.
• Support contract negotiation with Client's third party contractors, in alignment with Client's project manager (“PM”) and legal counsel.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Familiar with local statutory submissions and approvals process.
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager, Design Manager or similar role.
• Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of technical drawings and single line diagrams.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external.
