Client Plus Assistant Manager
About this position
The Client Plus Assistant Manager at JLL will be responsible for supporting priority accounts in Thailand by creating and executing strategic account plans, driving growth through client relationship management, and collaborating with local business lines.
Responsibilities
• Origination: Build relationships with local business lines, align account strategies, manage client relationships, and produce regular progress reports.
• Conversion: Support local business lines in pipeline conversion by understanding client needs and facilitating account planning.
• Retention: Monitor delivery performance, benchmark account performance, and ensure key insights are shared.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate research, marketing analysis, account management, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver tailored client solutions and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with strategic thinking, strong team collaboration, leadership, and attention to detail.
