Responsibilities
• Keeping a tab on the essential details
• Ensuring the team has relevant and up-to-date skills
• Monitoring and creating budget plans and management reports based on business objectives
• Managing the site’s daily activities and ensuring all essential operational processes are followed
• Ensuring the building’s interior and exterior are well-maintained
• Performing regular site inspections and conducting fire and other evacuations as scheduled in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Building and maintaining positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company
• Handling client/tenant queries, attending meetings, and coordinating with local authorities as required
Requirements
• A diploma or a degree in estate management, building services, engineering or similar courses
• At least six years of experience and technical expertise in facilities management
• Strong communication skills and excellent work ethics
• Ability to mentor, motivate and train team members
• Strong business, marketing and management background
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment using the most recent technology
