About this position

The Assistant Building Superintendent plays a crucial role in property management operations, working closely with the site manager to ensure efficient and effective management of designated sites.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with site manager to deliver property management services.
• Create road maps to smooth out daily operations of designated sites.
• Assist the manager in ensuring project success by preparing a safe and efficient environment.
• Stay on top of maintenance activities and requirements with contractors or vendors.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance based on timelines and standards.
• Ensure OMS procedures and checklists follow rules and regulations.
• Keep maintenance stock inventory in check and replenished.
• Audit and inspect sites and systems for defects.
• Develop solutions and obtain quotations.
• Hand/take over units to Tenants.

Requirements

• Have worked in a commercial property management role for at least one to three years.
• Exposure to commercial operation management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively with people at all levels.
• Independent-thinking professional with outstanding organizational skills.
• Capable of addressing complex problems while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of trends in technology.
• Ability to build smooth relationships and maintain a positive attitude.
• Stay calm in the face of crises, especially in customer interactions.
