About this position

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Organization Development Lead to enhance its HR capabilities, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development within a diverse and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruits permanent, graduate, and temporary associates in the organizations in accordance with HR guidelines and the recruitment team.
• Implements the onboarding process for new hires.
• Supports management in team development projects and organization processes.
• Identifies development needs of employees in the business unit and defining career/development plans with the related managers.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of the HR strategy regarding to talent acquisition and development.
• Provides expert knowledge regarding to talent acquisition and development.
• Functions as an internal/external contract point for HR legislation issues/questions, questions regarding related HR processes, in order to guarantee correct information flow and process continuation.
• Monitors compliance of HR policies, procedures and documentation with regulations and proactively flags issues of non-compliance in the related functions.
• Leads as expert the cultural transformation, designing the local plan or executing the global initiatives locally, supporting the HR Manager in the related functions.
• Support ad-hoc works of company as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relate field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR with experienced project management and stakeholder management are preferable.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
• Excellent communication skills. Good knowledge of English.
• FMCG experience is preferable.
• Experience in an international environment is preferable.
