About this position

We are looking for a Barista Trainer Supervisor in Phuket to activate, create, and track upselling activities while providing barista training and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• To ACTIVATE, CREATE & TRACK A-LA-CARTE upselling activities using our PDO | L’OR | Espresso di Manfredi and PICKWICK Brands, on site at our clients base.
• To perform the BARISTA TRAINING on site on a regular/periodic base following the set schedule from the National Business Manager and provide a clear and concise training report to client and JDE team post-session.
• To create coffee and tea-based drinks, using ingredients that are widely available at hotels.
• To Provide barista training and coffee machine training to clients as per schedule.
• To drive local and national Coffee Masters Programs, and actively support customer DEMO tastings, customer presentations, events etc in support to the sales team.
• Coordinate and report service-related issues to our Call Center.
• Organize periodic promotions, sales development, recipe’s, menu’s by utilizing agreed operating resources and applying brand standards.
• Follow the trends of coffee and tea with Thai & Foreign consumers in the local market.

Requirements

• Education: University graduated Preferred.
• Barista | Indy Coffee Shop Experience.
• Able to prepare creative drink concepts, in line with luxury hotel experiences.
• Latte Art Skills (a plus).
• Great presentation and communication skills (ENG and THAI).
