Over a century later, in 1895, Johann Jacobs opened his first grocery business in Bremen, Germany. Then in 1966, in Berkeley, California, Alfred Peet opened his first Peet's coffee store.
Today, we unleash the possibilities of coffee and tea in more than 100 countries with a portfolio of over 50 brands, including L’OR, Peet’s, Jacobs, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts, OldTown, Super, Pickwick and Moccona. About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the preparations re installations of new customers, demo tastings, events and manage the call center
• Coordinate of Pre-Installation Guidelines
• Coordinate of Removals Equipment
• Coordinate of Equipment and Ingredient supplies
• Receive Incoming Service Calls and Technical
• Assist on Tech Support, Dispatching Technical Services on Site, and follow up on service calls
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years on Sales Coordination and Customer (Service Mind), background (technical)
• Strong Service Minded attitude and Calm and patient
• Able to coordinate complex tasks
• English reading and speaking skills are required - Hands-on, driven, perfectionist - Passion for coffee is a plus.
