About this position

JD Food is looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-level tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring smooth business operations and providing executive-level administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Executive Support
• Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure maximum productivity.
• Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and minutes.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of business priorities.

• Business Communication
• Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and review business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure clear and professional communication on behalf of senior leadership.

• Operations & Coordination
• Oversee the execution of cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Work closely with other teams to facilitate smooth business processes and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders for business-related activities.

• Data & Document Management
• Prepare, organize, and maintain important business documents and files.
• Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
• Compile and analyze reports for senior management review.

• Project Management
• Support senior leadership in planning and executing high-priority projects.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on key deliverables.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, workshops, and strategic initiatives.

• Travel & Logistics Management
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
• Ensure seamless execution of travel schedules and prepare necessary documents for meetings and events.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
