Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business goals and enhances brand positioning in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
• Establish short- and long-term marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen JD Food’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee the creation and management of brand guidelines and ensure adherence in all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align branding with product innovations and launches.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, content marketing, and SEO to enhance the company's online presence.
• Oversee offline campaigns, events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze spending to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve desired results.
• Work closely with sales, R&D, and production teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business needs.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities to support professional growth within the team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG or food industry.
• Proven track record in brand management, campaign development, and digital marketing.
• Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
