Public Relations Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create compelling content: Produce high-quality press releases, articles, speeches, and other materials that effectively convey key messages and engage target audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and news: Stay informed about industry trends, news, and developments that impact the agency and its clients. Identify opportunities for proactive engagement and thought leadership.
• Crisis management: Develop crisis communication plans and guidelines, Act as a spokesperson during crises.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Graphic Design, business development, and Strategic departments, to align PR initiatives with overall business goals and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Measure and analyze PR effectiveness: Track and evaluate the success of PR campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Working experience 5 years in related field.
• Proven work experience as a PR or in a similar PR role within an agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Crisis Management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain composure under pressure.
