Process Engineer (Assembly)
About this position
The Process Engineer (Assembly) is responsible for design change activities, machine modifications, and quality control, while collaborating with teams to ensure effective manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for design change activities and progress control.
• Responsible for machine modification planning, execution, and progress control.
• Coping with Machine problem and countermeasure.
• Coping with Quality problem and countermeasure.
• Control teamwork and cooperate with another team.
• Perform new line/ Process/ Machine setup.
• Make FMEA, Process control chart and any standard document for submit to Manufacturing team.
• Design Machine/ Jig/ Gauge specification, Contact Machine maker and proceed purchasing process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or a related filed.
• 2 -5 years of experience in Process Engineering with manufacturing field (especially Assembly process is advantage)
• Have basic knowledge AC MOTOR principle is advantage.
• Understand knowledge of FMEA and can evaluate quality risk and consider countermeasure.
• Have experience of Machine, Jig, Gauge specification and contact Machine maker.
• Machine & equipment software (Nutrunner, Servo, PLC, Vision sensor, Robot, Pneumatic system).
• Have a mind of responsibility, positive attitude, and result oriented.
• Drawing basic knowledge (GD&T, Isometric & projection view, Material, Hardness).
• Basic knowledge in Engineering skill.
• Good command in English.
