About this position

The Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for handling preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance activities, and minimizing machine breakdowns to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the preventive and corrective maintenance plan and ensure the quality of maintenance activity to be the most effectiveness.
• Eliminate or minimize machine breakdown to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF.
• Solve the problem when there's a breakdown or uncontrollable within proper time.
• Perform improvement and maintenance all machines to support manufacturing operation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the PLC, Robotic, machinery, and maintenance problems and ensure the effectiveness of functionality.
• Record, analyze, and tracking related data in maintenance.
• Collaborate with in-charge section parties and support any requirements by suppliers.
• Operate maintenance activities and any require by manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 1 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Industrial.
• Good Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical drawing.
• Good Knowledge of PLC (MITSUBISHI OMRON SIEMENS) or any brand.
