HR Officer
About this position
The HR Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees, organizing company-wide events, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain good relationships between employers and employees.
• Organize company-wide events, including employee activities, cultural celebrations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Educate employee in Company Regulation and related compliance.
• Prepare necessary documentation related to employee relation responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations including other related legal requirement, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes.
• Arrange the meeting with Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up related tasks.
• Create media and public relations content for employee relationship activities and develop communication channels to facilitate interaction with employees.
• Prepare material, artwork, VDO to support company communication.
• Update information in portal site and company website.
• Handle administrative and other tasks as assigned by management and report progress in job responsibilities to your superior.
• Manage ad-hoc project regarding HR responsibility.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in HR.
• Have understanding in basically HR operation concept.
• Good skill in designing poster, material, artwork, VDO editing.
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Canva, Premier Pro, Illustrator.
• Willing to learn, adaptability and good collaboration.
• Able to communication in English.
