Customer Quality Assurance Engineer
About this position
The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for investigating and resolving issues related to Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) incidents, ensuring quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Feedback Pre-authorization to customer.
• Perform investigation plan.
• Investigation and find root cause of Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) incident unit return from market.
• Take corrective action with the relevant department.
• Work with the Japan team to identify the root cause.
• Visit the dealer in Thailand or the Up countries to scramble.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience in investigation skill will be advantage.
• Experience of a transmission or Auto Mobil component part.
• New graduate is also welcome.
• Good Knowledge of transmission or Auto Mobil component.
• Good problem-solving techniques, diagnose and Perform root cause analysis to prevent a recurrence.
• Good command in English.
