JATCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of continuously variable transmissions (CVT). Our main factory is located in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate.

About this position

The Process Engineer (Aluminum Die Casting) is responsible for developing manufacturing parameters, troubleshooting quality issues, and improving production processes in the aluminum casting field.

Responsibilities

• Develop High pressure Die Casting process manufacturing parameters.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective action for casting quality issues.
• Analyze and solve complex casting design problems.
• Set up the work standard and continuous maintaining and improving.
• Maintain and improve the quality and productivity of manufacturing.
• Promote technical cost reduction of internal part.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, Material Engineering or a related filed.
• 2 -5 years of experience in Process Engineering with manufacturing field, especially in Aluminum Casting process.
• Have experience in Aluminum machining process knowledge will be advantage.
• Good command in English.
