About this position

The Visual Merchandise position focuses on maintaining the brand's identity and ensuring high standards of in-store presentation through creative strategies and effective execution.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the brands identity and highest standard of in-store presentation are achieved consistently and creatively
• To create strategies for visual presentation and customer experience and implement the execution of the brand's visual direction
• To conduct frequent store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented and coordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times
• To provide customer service with a superior quality and responsible for all things from maximizing commercial visual impact within the store
• To train and coach in-store sales staff and help to develop their understanding of merchandise presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Arts and Design or related field
• Minimum experience 2 years in fashion retails experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Thorough knowledge of in-store presentation, good understanding of brand/collection concepts, fixture layout and customer flow
• Must be creative, imaginative, energetic, confident and good taste with a passion for fashion
• Well mature with good communication skills and ability to work as an individual and part of a team with a hand on approach
• Possess good drawing and designing abilities with strong computerized skills
• Self discipline, reliable and able to work independently
