About this position

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Social Media Strategy & Branding team to execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers, coordinating campaign execution and going on set to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing content for social media channels aligned with branding goals.
• Curate relevant and trending content, maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Foster engagement with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing social media events and promotions, ensuring alignment with branding goals and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
