The Sales Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, implementing operational standards, forecasting sales, leading store teams, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to meet sales financial objectives.
• Forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to determine annual and gross-profit plans.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with brand values and culture.
• Ensure all stores adhere to Diesel's brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and operational policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with the brand's principal, ensuring clear communication and alignment on brand initiatives and strategies.
• Implement and enforce brand strategies and promotions as directed by the principal.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the fashion, premium fashion, or luxury fashion industry.
• Proven track record in managing store operations, P&L, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can-do attitude, result oriented, self-initiative, maturity and high integrity.
• Strong English proficiency is a must.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
