About this position
The Retail Marketing Section Manager is responsible for developing and implementing retail marketing plans to support sales targets and enhance brand presence within stores.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement retail marketing plans to support sales targets and enhance brand presence within stores.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communication, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment of retail marketing activities with overall brand strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events, including new product arrivals, new presenter introductions, and live events at branches.
• Coordinate with external organizers and vendors to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Manage logistics, budgeting, and promotion of events to maximize customer engagement and attendance.
• Develop and manage in-store promotional campaigns, including free and paid advertisements.
• Work with the Creative team to develop promotional materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create engaging in-store experiences to enhance customer interaction with the brand.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve retail marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the sales and store operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Provide support for new store openings, including marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze the performance of retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, including foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve retail marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful in-store events and promotions.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
