About this position

The Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator (Marketing) is responsible for overseeing project planning, budget management, and documentation to ensure successful project execution in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, covering timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate closely with creative, design, and production teams to ensure efficient and streamlined workflows across all stages of production.

Budget and Resource Management:
• Oversee project budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors, and providing regular budget updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure resources—both internal and external—are allocated and used effectively to meet project goals within budget and timeline constraints.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or production, ideally in a creative, digital, or media environment.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in creative production environments, such as media, fashion, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with the full production process, from pre-production to post-production stages.
