About this position

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning, overseeing, and supervising international logistics operations, including logistics divisions and free zones. Your focus will be on executing operations in alignment with established procedures and plans, ensuring optimal efficiency and attainment of set objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee international logistics processes, ensuring adherence to established operating procedures for efficient goods preparation, movement, and storage.
• Supervise goods inspection procedures to prevent losses during warehousing, delivery, and return processes, ensuring the integrity of products.
• Monitor and control overseas logistics performance, collaborating with relevant departments to optimize overall operational success.
• Generate detailed reports on overseas logistics performance, conducting analysis, and proposing improvements to enhance overall work efficiency.
• Ensure employee compliance with policies and legal qualifications, providing supervision and support to maintain high professional standards.

Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of planning and developing logistics and transportation systems.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and managerial skills, encompassing analysis, planning, problem-solving, effective communication, coordination, and task follow-up.
• Possesses mature leadership qualities and excels in collaborative teamwork and governance.
• Thrives under pressure, excelling in task prioritization and efficient task execution.
• Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficient in Ms. Office for computer literacy.
• Capable of solution design with the ability to apply knowledge and skills to address challenges.
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad for professional responsibilities.
