About this position
The E-Commerce Sales & Marketing position is a senior-level role focused on driving commercial performance through strategic planning and execution of online marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Develop category/brand trade plans and prioritize campaigns for e-commerce platforms to drive commercial performance and achieve sales targets.
• Drive and lead collaboration with e-commerce platforms and brand teams to deliver best-in-class online execution, ensuring an optimal shopper experience.
• Create campaign mechanics and promotional schemes tailored to platform insights, aligned with monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct monthly performance analyses, including pre- and post-campaign evaluations, and manage ROI to ensure effective use of resources and budget.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of online marketing plans, campaigns, and advertisements in collaboration with external agency teams.
• Manage media budgets, ensuring effective investment optimization to maximize visibility and platform performance.
• Analyze website analytics data to understand user interactions and improve online strategies.
• Coordinate project tasks, ensuring adherence to website platform standards and regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive project analyses to identify and resolve timeline discrepancies and other project-related issues.
Requirements
• 4+ years in trade marketing and 2-4 years in online trade marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance evaluation tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command in English.
