About this position

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for e-commerce to achieve sales targets and optimize performance. Manage inventory, collaborate with brand teams, analyze trends, and report on campaign effectiveness. Requires expertise in SEO/SEM, analytics, and digital marketing best practices, with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand sales plans, manage inventory, and prioritize campaign levels for e-commerce platforms to drive commercial performance and achieve targets.
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Lead collaboration between platforms and brand teams to deliver top-tier online execution and enhance shopper experience.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and manage the company’s digital marketing budget.
• Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the e-commerce industry.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
