E-Commerce Operations Supervisor
About this position
The E-Commerce Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the backend of e-commerce platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the operations team.
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day Operation on backend operation (OMS, WMS, LMD) · Understand process of Online retail, marketplace, including omni-channel process.
• Understand customer insight and keep complete records for improving products and services. · Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s daily complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expending correction or adjustment; following up with related parties to ensure resolution done properly under Policy.
• Coordinate and assist customer and all internal parties to understand process, product deliverables and provide support to all activities on ecommerce platform and ensure satisfaction of customer at all times.
• Lead and mentor the operation team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Responsible for all documents related project.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of Master degree in Marketing, business Administration, Public Relation, IT Business, computer, or related fields.
• At least 3 year experience in Web Site, e-Commerce, Shopify, Magento, marketplace.
• Understand global fashion consumer and media trends.
• Independent and capable of problem solving.
• Must be creative, innovative and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.
• Interested in online Marketing, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Mobile.
• Knowledge Internet, e-commerce, Social Network, online Marketing, MS Office, Back End System, Operation process.
• Able to effectively manage time and schedules.
• Positive Thinker, active to learn new technology and team player.
• Strong communication skill, Good command of English.
