About this position
The Branch Merchandise position for Fred Perry (Thailand/Vietnam) & CC-OO (Cambodia) involves overseeing stock allocation, management, and performance analysis to optimize inventory and drive sales.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of products to stores for regular and promotional sales activities.
• Optimize store stock levels by understanding sales patterns, store capacity, and trade performance.
• Track and monitor stock movement to ensure timely delivery to the appropriate store locations.
• Implement efficient stock consolidation strategies to drive full-price sales and minimize markdowns.
• Balance inventory levels to maximize sell-through rates while maintaining store stock capacity.
• Execute effective stock transfer actions based on sales performance and store needs.
• Analyze stock issues and sales opportunities to enhance performance and improve inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planning and Buying teams to implement action plans for inventory optimization.
• Maintain strong communication with Merchandise Planning, Buying, and Store Operations teams to align stock strategies with business goals.
• Proactively address inventory challenges and provide insights for better decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in stock management, merchandise allocation, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply logical thinking to stock consolidation and replenishment.
• Understanding of store trading and inventory management to drive sales and improve stock efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail merchandise planning and execution is preferred.
