About this position

The Strategic Marketing Analyst is responsible for researching client companies, competitors, and industry data, analyzing various factors affecting operations, and preparing reports and presentations for executives.

Responsibilities

• Research information about client companies, competitors, and industry data.
• Coordinate with clients and relevant teams to request information and deliver reports.
• Analyze the impact of economic, political, social, technological, and other factors on the operations of client companies and others in the same industry.
• Write concise, focused summaries of financial, economic, and industrial data for presentations to executives.
• Analyze financial statements and stock price changes of client companies.
• Prepare meeting reports, summarize key points, and detail questions and answers in meetings with clients and/or investors.
• Create quarterly presentations showing financial performance and other relevant data.
• Responsible for and monitor the workflow, ensuring quality control in assigned projects.
• Collect feedback, prepare summary reports of client accounts, and propose ways to improve and develop customer service.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (candidates with an MBA or CFA are given special consideration).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, capital market investment, and financial statement analysis.
• Must have strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial analysis.
• Proficient in writing concise financial, economic, and industrial summaries for quick comprehension by management.
• Possesses analytical skills and the ability to connect the relevance of changes in various industries that impact the target company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working with people at all levels, including high-level executives.
• Positive attitude towards customer service work, with the ability to solve immediate problems.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines; responsible, meticulous, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing both English and Thai.
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Good personality and interpersonal skills, capable of teamwork, patient, enthusiastic, and eager for new challenges, with a growth mindset and always ready to learn new things.
