Business Development
About this position
The Business Development position involves supporting sales and customer relations, executing projects, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance business opportunities and client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Build a database of potential customers and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations for business opportunities and key clients.
• Coordinate with current clients and reach out to new clients to develop business opportunities.
• Provide consultation and support to customers regarding the company's products and services.
• Build strong relationships and maintain long-term customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze business activity outcomes to evaluate project success.
• Support the development of sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Assist in implementing business development projects as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and other departments, to achieve project goals.
• Help prepare project progress reports and outcomes.
• Assist in preparing business reports and presenting information to the management team.
• Assist in executing company projects, such as system development support, data preparation, event organization, or other corporate activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and external parties as necessary.
• Prepare documents, maintain files, and compile necessary data for the company's operations.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and assisting with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare receipts, invoices, and reimbursement requests, and assist with basic financial data verification as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to analyze business data effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite (Google Workspace).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
• Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage.
