Technical Training Assistant Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• To consolidate and coordinate with team to complete Training Record in database completely.
• To coordinate with team for Training and Scheduling activities in Training Center and BKK Office.
• Reviewing Training material regularly with updates from globally or changes.
• Tailor made training course for specific product to improve Field operation knowledge.
• Coordinate external or internal training & planning timely manner.
• Analysis training effectiveness and supervisor technical trainer.
• Document Controls role for distribution and collection of QMS documents and maintain master records and necessary paperwork of certification.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science in Technical Education or related fields.
• At least 8 years’ work experience in Elevator, Escalators & Moving walks with Training framework & Process.
• Communication in both Thai and English – able to effectively communicate in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner using preferred method and level as applicable to the job.
• Team Orientation & Interpersonal Skills: Highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across all organizational levels and external partners.
