Product Marketing Manager
About this position
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic planning and execution, new product development, marketing communications, training, and supply chain management to drive product growth and market share.
Responsibilities
• Draft and execute strategic growth plan of the products and brands, in order to reach targets, expand market share.
• Work with Sales Managers on execution of new and current products, new market segments.
• Market Intelligence about new opportunities, trends, competitors, customers’ needs
• Coordinate feasibility, surveys, and marketing action plans.
• Oversee of marketing – Above the line & Below the line.
• Marketing Communications thorough digital and traditional media: Digital media, contents, photo, production and etc.
• Sales kits and marketing tools to aid products sales.
• Trade Marketing, Promotion Schemes and Events through various means
• Products and Technical training coordination to all staffs and customers
• Preparation of products knowledge materials.
• Strategic relationship with key customers and key suppliers
• Demand Plan with Purchasing team to ensure 100% products availability.
• Pricing and Cost management of the products to achieve desired profitability.
• Coordinate, schedule and follow up of the projects related to above tasks, within the team and across departments as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Brand Management and minimum 3 years in managerial level from FMCG industry.
• Previous B2B Marketing experience, including event and digital marketing.
• Solid in computer literacy
• Strong leadership, creative and analytic
• Multi tasks, strong time management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
