About this position
The Credit Assistance position involves analyzing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and monitoring invoices to ensure timely payments while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
• Analyze the credit trustworthiness and financial statements of both new client and existing client in order to provide the appropriate trading limits.
• Set appropriate credit limits for customers based on their creditworthiness and business needs, ensuring they align with company policies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices through various communication channels such as phone, calls, emails and letters.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer in accordance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Oversee investigate and resolve any disputers or discrepancies related to billing or payment with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze credit control reports to track overdue accounts, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 5 years relevant risk asset or credit analyst experience.
• Proficiency in English communication in both writing and speaking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and any accounting program.
• Able to work under pressure, strong and good relationship.
