About this position
The Business Development Executive/Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Helping to communicate and organize with related functions to fulfill customers' requirements.
• Collaborating with various departments to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Identifying and pursue new trade leads for sustainable business expansion.
• Exploring and establishing new distribution channels in both existing and untapped markets.
• Supporting marketing activities and initiatives relevant to sales goals.
• Working closely with extended team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Food industry or related field.
• Hardworking, dedicated and open to continuous learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Positive attitude and team oriented.
• Proficiency in English, Japanese (N1, N2, N3) is a plus.
