Property Lead Generation Specialist - Thailand
About this position
The Property Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying potential landlords and building owners, conducting outreach, and establishing relationships to generate leads for IWG in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Google search on the buildings in the prime area in the assigned cities/provinces
• Identify the qualified building type/condition/minimum size to meet IWG criteria
• Conduct outbound calls to reach out to key contact person / decision maker of potential landlord/building owner and to introduce IWG
• Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads (express the interest to explore more / willing to invest) then to pass the next process to partnership director.
• Handle basic objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the partnership director to develop and implement lead acquisition strategies
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on IWG proposition and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively.
• Report on the cold calling progress and outcomes to Partnership Director
Requirements
• Strong Skill in desktop google search
• Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
• Background in real estate sector will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to handle rejections and overcome objections is essential
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet targets and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
