The Real Estate Network Development Manager/Director will lead the charge in global expansion, focusing on hunting, pitching, and prospecting to secure high-value commercial deals with building owners. This role requires a relentless pursuit of results and a passion for business development.
• Agree high-value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations, leveraging your expertise to expand the IWG network in every town and city.
• Hunt out exciting opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Initiate and close multiple high-value deals at pace driven by tenacity and expertise.
• Ensure prospective partners fully understand the value of our proposition.
• Present a compelling narrative to large and small audiences alike.
• Passionate about working in a high-growth sector.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills, primarily in local language and a good level of English.
