Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Oversee the delivery of solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
• Track account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to address client challenges and ensure their success.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow accounts.
Requirements
• A degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with people and solving problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A positive, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to work from Tebet, South Jakarta.
