About this position

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and facilitating communication regarding quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Create/Revise/Update as necessary documents related to quality system
• Ensure that process needed for quality system are establish, implement and maintain
• Maintain and report the performance of the quality system and any need for improvement
• Review customer specifications
• Prepare quality information & conduct weekly quality meeting with team
• Review capability for new/change product description
• Testing / Reporting of new material improvement
• Dealing with customer, external providers and colleague about quality concern
• Review & approve for incoming/outgoing process
• Prepare SPC monthly report
• Prepare 8D report to customer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, major in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum three-year work experience in Quality control (QC).
• Have experience in Electronics industry is preferable.
• Can communication skills, spoken, read, and written in English.
• Familiar with quality core tools: FMEA, SPC
• Knowledge of 8D method, 5 why, Fishbone diagram or other problem solving.
• Knowledge of REACH/SVHC/RoHS knowledge.
• Basic Knowledge about supplier quality management requirements of ISO9001:2015.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
