Customer Service Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers and forwarder to support on the required shipping documents. (Local / Oversea customers)
• Managing Sales Orders and issuing the Invoice and Shipping documents ensure to complete sales process in accordance with company's policy during business transaction such as pricing policies, credit control,-ordering process, delivery issues etc.
• Solving and handling customers issues.
• Working closely with team to ensure complete customers satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Education: Diploma/High Vocational Certificate Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & marketing or any related field
• Import & export (International freight forwarding, shipping, logistics will be advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power point.
• Good communication skill (Especially English)
• Interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Pleasant appearance and be a good team player
• Self-Motivated and high responsibility
