About this position

The Strategic Planner at a digital agency is responsible for developing informed strategic plans for clients by researching and analyzing data, understanding client objectives, and collaborating with various teams to drive marketing success.

Responsibilities

• Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
• Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
• Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations to team members; overall planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with Sales Team to find solution, customer’s pain point and develop product or solution which drive customer’s business to achieve their marketing objectives
• Analyze markets, brands, products, and consumers to support the creative team in the conceptual development of online marketing programs and campaigns.
• Present strategy that is unexpected and provides creative opportunity while answering our clients’ business goals.
• Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to online marketing campaigns
• Presenting findings to senior staff members and clients
• Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them
• Liaising with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relation, Mass Communications, IT Business, Computer, or related fields.
• More than 2 years experience in managing and coaching team.
• Expertise on design digital marketing strategy and content Strategy is necessary
• Skillful in MS office (Words, Excel, and Power Point).
• Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant is required.
• Understanding of online market research and data analysis
• The ability to make complex subjects understandable
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess Google, Facebook or Line Certification (Advantaged)
