Responsibilities
• Responsibilities on Sales volume growth and ROI of sale department
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales manager with activities as follows: recruiting, following up, internal meeting and product training, assisting in presentation, tracking, and pipelining, etc.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, metrics, tools, policies and systems to align sales team activities with company goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to oversee the marketing initiatives such as assisting in the customization and refinement of all sales and marketing materials.
• Work closely with digital marketing team to service customer
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Higher with minimum 15 years of experience in sales area and more than 8 years in management level
• Understanding in sales management as well as team management at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• An ability to understand sale activities
