Digital Business Development Manager (Sales Manager)
About this position
The Digital Business Development Manager (Sales Manager) is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets while providing excellent service and managing sales processes effectively.
Responsibilities
• Leading a sale team to contribute sales target achievement selling and providing an excellence service.
• Manage sales target in accordance with Cost of Sales, Profit and Loss statement.
• Manage and lead sales team of up to 5 to be able work efficiency by being able to control cost of sales Developing and caring for people in the company culture.
• Continuously work on support and solve problems for sales team to achieve sales success.
• Monitor the day to day team’s activity statistics and KPIs on a regular basis, conduct regular meetings with the teams and with the management in order to improve - performance and efficiency.
• Control, analyze and improving sales process (Sale Activities and KPI) along with directors and Business Development team.
• Plan and develop execute sales strategy and direction to achieve the target.
• Prepare and analyze sales data for review and Offering sales reports to improve team performance.
• Evaluate the performance of individual Sales and consider reward or penalty to sales within team.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with others. Ensure smooth workflow until submit to customers.
• Work together with company’s partners e.g. Google to reach the assigned goals.
• Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Economic, Financial, Statistics or Science (Information Technology).
• Experience in a leadership role and managing sales team at least 3 years.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Can work as a team to achieve success together.
