About this position

The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for understanding consumer behavior and developing strategic creative direction for visual projects across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand specifications and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding consumer behavior and developing strategic creative direction, along with a plan for execution and evaluation, for visual projects across platforms including, but not limited to, ads, graphics, photos, videos, publications, and online.
• Builds, leads, and develops a creative idea to guide graphic designers and copywriters by presenting creative vision and a compelling narrative to inspire and guide their ideas.
• Produces graphic design solutions for a variety of communication and marketing projects.
• Oversees project planning, scheduling and implementation to meet customers’ targeted deadlines.
• Reviews design drafts and ensures alignment with customers’ brand specifications.
• Works within budget parameters to create and maintain an excellent standard for all customer's branded creative projects.
• Develop online content engagement in various platforms such as Website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LINE and blogs by data analysis on the performance of each content.
• Collaborates with the digital media team to ensure a consistent experience in social media, on the customer’s website and to meet customers’ marketing objectives.
• Prioritize workload as needed to accommodate project delivery.

Requirements

• Be Passionate about reading, learning new things and self improving.
• Be creative and like challenging.
• At least 1-4 year of experience in Google advertising or online marketing.
• High endurance and be able to work as a team.
• Be knowledgeable and understandable of target group and principle of marketing.
• Interested in online marketing.
• Interested in consumer behavior.
• Be able to work overtime if required.
