Account Manager (Sales&Marketing)
About this position
The Account Manager (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
• Own and hit/exceed quarterly sales target with daily operation as advertising/marketing agency process.
• Manage and monitor the potential and existing Clients from cold calling, pitching, upselling in order to acquire the Client’s job booking.
• Negotiating, Closing and Renewing contracts and agreements that benefits to the company.
• Being the key contact window for existing and potentials Clients, and internal team for daily operation including the proposal or presentation preparation.
• Maintain close relationships with Clients by ensuring Client’s issues are addressed and solved in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with internal team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions that meet Client needs and requirements.
• Clearly communication and reporting on the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to Clients and internal senior team.
• Seeking new business opportunities with existing Clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet the sales target.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or other related fields.
• Experience working in Sales or Account Management or Project Management in the fields of digital marketing, advertising or marketing agency.
• Work experience in Online Marketing such as Facebook and Google advertising is an advantage.
• Understanding digital platforms and familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Twitter, Tiktok and Youtube.
• A proactive attitude and a drive to seek new opportunities and grow existing accounts with experience forging relationships with junior to mid-level Clients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with creative, strategic and growth mindset.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiar with any ad-hoc tasks and occasionally working after office hours as assigned by the supervisor.
