• Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive HR reports, analyzing data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experiences in related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, good relationship and service mind, team work.
