The Senior Sales Manager (Project Sales & Services) will lead the sales, technical, and service teams, focusing on achieving revenue and market share goals while managing engineering projects and after-sales services.
Sales & Marketing Management:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Engineering Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure technical requirements are met and align with client expectations.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
After-Sales Service Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to provide high-quality after-sales support and service to clients.
• Manage the after-sales service team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Operations Leadership:
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the operations teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, engineering, and after-sales service, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the operations department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering background is a must.
• At least 10 years of experience in Sales & After-sales service roles, with at least 5 years in Leader positions.
• Experience in the M&E trading industry is a must.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and build relationships.
