About this position

You will responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO. This involves managing the CEO's schedule, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the CEO's professional and personal affairs run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain C-Level agenda and needs, and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
• Coordinate with various departments and subsidiaries within the group.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Supporting all administrative and secretarial activities.
• Scheduling events and flight arrangements. (Including Visa)
• Participating in meetings and noting the meeting minutes.
• Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and documents.
• Assisting in professional and personal scope of work.
• Organizing appointments and agendas.
• Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• To handle and maintain professional relationships with key and potential business partners, including VVIP partners.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree.
• Have 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant/secretary
• Excellent work ethics, discretion, confidentiality and have a growth mindset.
• Good Interpersonal and Communications skills.
• Technologically Savy and sensitivity to numbers.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Attention to details.
• Good knowledge of F&B industry is a plus.
• Be committed and dedicated.
• Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Impressive appearance.
• Well organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
• Available working long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed
