About this position
Responsibilities
• Initate and implement long-term brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and recognition.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing channels.
• Monitor brand performance through market analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
• Analyze and decide best partnership deals (KOLs, Entertainers, etc.)
• Plan & execute product partnership with brand, public figure or community to maintain brand excitement and relevance.
• Build and maintain relation with sponsorship and external brand partnership.
• Create & propose annual marketing budgets to maximize profitability.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales for the brands under their cluster.
• Collaborate with related department in planning and evaluate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to tailor promotions effectively.
• Establish and maintain the brand's identity in their marketing activities.
• Define product positioning and value proposition.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align on product features, pricing, and launch plans.
• Leads & Perform a broad research on customer behaviour studies associated with the products of the brand and the competitors.
• Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate the team competencies & performance.
• Provide development program for team to enhancing their competencies.
• Retent the team by providing the good work environment or other acceptable strategies.
Requirements
• S1 Marketing.
• Proven experience as Brand Manager for 8 years.
• Has experience in the F&B industry.
• Has handled more than 1 brands, managed a team of 3-5 member minimum.
• Have good knowledge in General Marketing and ability to think strategically.
• Have good knowledge in Market Research, Analysis, & Planning.
• Have good knowledge in Digital Media Management.
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Good in Analytical Thinking.
• Good in Data Driven.
• Good in Communication & Relationship Management.
• Proficient in English.
• Good leadership quality and experience leading teams.
• Retain, develop and manage team of marketing.
